Holding companies of SINOART, Jinhua GOWIN Canvas Factory and PAN’AN Greentop Easel Factory each have a production base in Zhejiang province, while SINOART acts as design, selling, customer service company in Shanghai.
SINOART specializes in a series of easels, artist canvas, produced by Jinhua GOWIN and PAN’AN Greentop factories. SINOART also offers an extensive line of art material products, including but not limited to brushes, paints, portfolios, pads, manikins, tools, accessories, and painting sets.
In 2016, SINOART invested and bought a brush factory in Yangzhou, who made artist brushes for more than 20 years.

1 Why is there no sound coming from my ULTIMEA-style Bluetooth speaker when connected to the TV?
First, check if the speaker is properly paired with your TV—go to your TV’s Bluetooth settings to confirm the connection is active. If paired but still silent, verify that the TV’s audio output is set to the speaker (not the TV’s built-in speakers) in the TV’s sound settings. Also, ensure the speaker’s volume is not muted or set to a very low level. If the issue persists, try restarting both the TV and the speaker, then re-pair them.
2 How can I enhance the bass performance of my 190W peak power Bluetooth soundbar with subwoofer
Most ULTIMEA-style soundbars have a dedicated “Bass Boost” button on the remote control—press it to toggle between standard and enhanced bass modes. If your model doesn’t have this button, access the speaker’s settings via the companion app (if available) and adjust the bass level slider to your preference. Additionally, placing the soundbar near a wall (but not blocking its bass ports) can amplify low-frequency response for a richer home theater experience.
3 Mysoundbar keeps disconnecting from my smartphone or TV—how do I fix this?
First, check the distance between the soundbar and your device—Bluetooth typically works best within 10 meters (33 feet) without obstacles like walls or metal objects. If the distance is fine, reduce the number of other Bluetooth devices nearby (e.g., phones, tablets) to avoid signal interference. Also, update the soundbar’s firmware (via the app or manufacturer’s website) and your device’s operating system, as outdated software often causes connection issues. If all else fails, reset the soundbar to factory settings (refer to the user manual for steps) and re-pair it.
